Return & Refund

At Stoned Store, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns & Exchange

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product is received in a damaged condition.
  • Product is defective.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.

To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.

2. Notification Timeline

In case of any of the above issues, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be entertained.

3. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they have been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Perishable goods, customized products, and items on "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
