Cancellation Policy

At Stoned Store, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can cancel your order.

1. Requesting a Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the time they were placed. To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your Order ID.

2. Post-Shipment Policy

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot accept cancellation requests. At this stage, the standard Return and Refund policy will apply after you receive the product.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved (within the 24-hour window), the refund will be initiated immediately. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

4. Refusal of Delivery

If a customer refuses to accept the delivery of a confirmed order, Stoned Store reserves the right to deduct two-way shipping charges from the refund amount.
